Dr. Bill Curtis is CISQ’s Executive Director. Dr. Curtis led development of the Capability Maturity Model (CMM) while at the Software Engineering Institute at Carnegie Mellon University. Dr. Curtis is an active participant in ISO JTC1 SC7 WG6 for Software and System Product Measures. In 2007 he was elected a Fellow of the IEEE for his career contributions to software process improvement and measurement. LinkedIn









Dr. Richard Soley is Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of the Object Management Group® (OMG®), an international, open membership, not-for-profit technology standards consortium. Dr. Soley and Dr. Paul Nielsen (Carnegie Mellon SEI) helped to launch CISQ in 2009, requesting Dr. Bill Curtis to serve as Executive Director. LinkedIn










Dr. Paul Nielsen is Director and Chief Executive Officer of the Software Engineering Institute (SEI) at Carnegie Mellon University. The SEI is a key innovator in areas central to U.S. Department of Defense and civilian government operation in the cyberspace domain, including software architecture, software product lines, interoperability, the integration of software-intensive systems, and the increasing overlap of software and systems engineering. Lev Lesokhin is EVP of Strategy and Analytics at CAST, a leader in software analysis and measurement. Mr. Lesokhin is responsible for CAST’s strategy, analytics, and thought leadership worldwide. Joe Jarzombek is Global Manager of Software Supply Chain Management in Synopsys’ Software Integrity Group. For 10+ years, Mr. Jarzombek was Director for Software and Supply Chain Assurance at the U.S. Department of Homeland Security. He is an expert in software assurance and supply chain risk management. Hariharan Mathrubutham is Vice President of Delivery Excellence at Cognizant. Mr. Mathrubutham is an active contributor in ISO / IEC JTC 1 /SC 7, a transition partner business point of contact with CMMI Institute, and Steering Committee member of Software Process Improvement Network (SPIN), Chennai Chapter.  LinkedIn








Phillip Crenshaw is Vice President, Global Business Engineering Leader, U.S. Commercial & State Government at CGI. A significant portion of Mr. Crenshaw’s career has focused on managing and negotiating large-scale outsourcing contracts. He has managed contacts totaling more than $1 billion dollars in combined contract value and has experience in all aspects of outsourcing, including infrastructure, application management, and BPO.
